YB2系列高壓隔爆型電機采用高強度鑄鐵結(jié)構(gòu)，定子采用F級絕緣真空壓力浸漬無溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，轉(zhuǎn)子為籠形結(jié)構(gòu)，采用鑄鋁一次成型工藝，也可根據(jù)客戶需求生產(chǎn)銅條轉(zhuǎn)子。

該系列產(chǎn)品符合GB3836.1-2010、GB3836.2-2010、 GB3836.3-2010、《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備》的規(guī)定，具有效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、可靠性高、造型美觀、噪音低、振動小、使用維護方便等特點，適用于石油、化工、煤炭、電站、冶金等爆炸性氣體環(huán)境中的風機、水泵、壓縮機、工程機械等設(shè)備。

The YB2 series of high voltage explosion-proof three phase asychronous motors with high strengh cast iron structure, insulation class F stator made by VPI process, cage structure rotor made by once forming process, or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process.
